  • ICP-OES
    • Purpose: Make the sample into an aqueous solution, use plasma to generate high temperature, and after exciting the atoms, perform spectral analysis to accurately determine the content of elements. The detection limit for some elements can reach sub-ppm level (less than 10-6).
